Lead Engineer and Founder, Agenius AI Labs
Director of Business Development and AI Platform Lead
NEW YORK CITY · LONDON

I'm an entrepreneurial engineer. I build things, I run things, and I've learned most of what matters the hard way.

I grew up around technology before most people knew what a personal computer was. That early exposure became a lifelong instinct: to take things apart, understand how they work, and build something better. That instinct has driven every chapter: competitive athletics at an elite level, businesses across industries most engineers never touch, and two decades of infrastructure that people depend on.

Adversity has been a better teacher than any classroom. I know what it means to rebuild from scratch. I know what it takes to lead when the outcome is uncertain. And I know the difference between someone who talks about solving problems and someone who actually does.

That's the lens I bring to this work. Most people who build AI workflows don't design the systems those workflows run on. I do. The hypervisor cluster, the network segmentation, the zero-trust access layer, the vector database running on owned hardware. I architect that first, then build the intelligence on top of it. Full stack, from bare metal to the model.

IN PRODUCTION

Platforms running right now.

  • AI-Powered MSP Knowledge Platform. Combines operations, ticketing, and knowledge enablement into a single private AI layer, built for managed service providers who need intelligence without vendor dependency.
  • Design Collective Brand Voice Copilot (client anonymized). Voice-enabled AI copilot trained on decades of a global design firm's own work. Maintains brand voice and answers complex project and identity questions in real time.
  • Completely Autonomous Social Pipeline. End-to-end social content pipeline: AI copywriting, AI image generation, automatic engagement tracking, and performance data fed directly into paid advertising decisions. Daily cadence, zero human intervention, measurable ROI.
  • AI Product Photography Studio. Professional-quality product photography for small businesses with small budgets. No production crew, no agency retainer.
  • Platform Control Dashboards. Purpose-built control surfaces for each platform. One place to monitor, manage, and operate the full stack.
DISCIPLINES

The disciplines. Not the tools.

DATABASE ENGINEERING
Hybrid dense and sparse vector search, quantization, payload indexing, and multi-collection retrieval pipelines
EMBEDDING PIPELINES
Cloud and local embedding models selected per corpus, optimized for retrieval precision over cost
LLM INFERENCE
Frontier models for reasoning and generation, local models for privacy-sensitive workloads
MODEL FRAMEWORKS
Model Context Protocol (MCP), LangChain, LlamaIndex. Context management and tool orchestration.
AGENT FRAMEWORKS
Workflow automation, web crawling, outreach, and custom Python orchestration
VIRTUALIZATION
Hypervisor clusters, containerization, network isolation, and self-hosted compute for full stack ownership
ZTNA / CYBERSECURITY
Zero-trust network access, mesh VPN, identity-based access controls, self-hosted secrets management, SIEM
LANGUAGES

EXPERIENCE

Twenty years, five chapters.

  1. 2023 - PRESENT
Director of Business Development and AI Platform Lead
    Multi-MSP Portfolio
    • Designed, built, and shipped a private AI platform end to end: retrieval, agents, automation, and alert triage on infrastructure the business owns
    • Drove AI strategy and business development across a multi-vertical SMB portfolio
    • Co-led the organization through acquisition in a de facto COO capacity
  2. 2019 - 2022
    Senior Sales Representative
    Wyndham Hotels and Resorts
    • Deliberate step out of tech to develop elite-level business development skills through direct sales at one of the largest international hospitality groups
    • Regional Sales Person of the Year, 2022
    • Returned to technology with the commercial instincts that make the difference at the director level
  3. 2013 - 2019
    Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer
Enterprise Data Capture and Supply Chain
    • Designed WiFi architecture for distribution centers exceeding one million square feet
    • RFID, AS400, asset tracking, and logistics systems for manufacturing and healthcare clients
    • Managed vendor relationships, pilot deployments, and sales staff technical training
    • Board-level hardware repair and field engineering on enterprise scanning equipment
  4. 2003 - 2013
    Founder
    Independent IT Consultancy
    • Ten-year run, small team, high client retention across a diverse SMB base
    • Full-stack IT strategy, operations, and infrastructure for growing businesses
    • Built and operated additional businesses in parallel: physical retail, food and beverage, agriculture
  5. 1998 - 2003
    Network and Infrastructure Engineer
US Government Contract, Navy / USMC
    • Worked the NMCI (Navy Marine Corps Intranet) contract for five years across staging, deployment, network administration, and NOC. One of the largest government IT infrastructure contracts ever awarded; managed a 26,000-seat network.
    • NATO Secret clearance; communications and network operations at scale across a complex, distributed environment
    • First IT job; laid the foundation for everything that followed in two decades of infrastructure work
